José Daniel Román

Although the road to developing renewable energy projects in different countries is long and full of difficulties, the results are worth the effort.

José Daniel Román is a Civil Engineer from the University of Granada, Master in Energy and Electric Markets from the UPM, Master in Business Administration from IMF-CEU San Pablo and Master in Structures, Foundations and Materials from the UPM.

He has been working at AMDA Energía since 2016, having taken charge of several geographies: Africa, Asia and now, Latin America. He specializes in M&A, negotiation and sale, Project Management and opening up business in new countries.

Previously, he worked at Gas Natural Fenosa (Naturgy) in Business Development Area for Renewable Energies and Hydroelectric Projects Management, always in the international field. In addition, he has worked in the INECO Project Area and as Commercial Engineer at the Swiss Multinational HILTI.
