Our expertise

A photovoltaic power plant is intended to produce electricity for a minimum period of 20 years. It is a "green" real estate asset whose return on investment is long term. Thus, the development of a project, as a design phase, must be done with a real concern for optimizing its technical, economic and environmental performance over the long term.

Aware of the importance of development and engineering in the success of a project, AMDA ENERGIA has chosen to integrate all stages of development, engineering and construction internally.

AMDA

AMDA ENERGIA thus pools and optimizes the know-how and expertise of each of its teams, with a constant concern for optimal management of deadlines and risks.

AMDA ENERGIA has demonstrated the effectiveness of its positioning, through its success in tenders in all the countries where it is represented and through the quality of the assets it develops, for its own account as well as for that of its partners, clients and investors.

Dévelopment de projets
This phase requires many skills (commercial, urban planning, legal, engineering...), as well as close collaboration between all stakeholders (owners, local authorities, municipalities, training services...) to ensure the implementation of a photovoltaic generator.

Our specialized and highly qualified teams carry out all the studies and procedures required to bring your project to fruition:

Land Security

  • Selection and study of sites
  • Response to calls for tender from land providers
  • Signature and reiteration of leases.

Engineering

  • Project management advice for photovoltaic systems (upstream technical specifications, interface with architects and general contractors)
  • Study of building renovation and structural reinforcement if necessary
  • Design and sizing and yield studies for PV plants
  • Soil studies, impact studies, preliminary agricultural studies, etc.

Authorizations

  • Filing of building permits or declarations of work
  • Additional procedures for airport zones, ICPE, landfills...
  • Administrative procedures for the connection and sale of electricity
  • Management of the urban planning phase: interface with the instructing services
    (Town halls, DREAL, Prefectures, SDIS....)
  • Responses to the CRE calls for tenders to obtain the feed-in tariffs
  • Study and process of connection to the electrical network ENEDIS / RTE

AMDA'S COMMITMENTS
